You are invited to participate in this experience exchange and knowledge development, presenting your ideas, best practices, work cases or research, in each area.
Send your abstract to the email address: apgico@apgico.pt (CLOSED) Ideas in Motion: present your creative or innovative idea, in a well structured way, and participate in a reflexion and debate session with entrepreneurs, managers, academics and anyone interested in creativity and innovation in its different areas. Present an abstract enhancing the feasibility and originality of the idea. Innovation in action: in these sessions Cases, Problems or Best Practices Examples, Innovative Projects or Actions will be exposed in any area. The contributions expressing innovation as a result of the collaboration between Portugal and Spain, in all the areas defined by the Congress, will be favoured. Examples of organizational creativity, allowing a better understanding of the way organizational member’s creativity may be transformed in innovation or in continuous quality improvement processes. Experience Creativity and Innovation: Facilitate a workshop, presenting a project of an interactive session to enable learning by experience, in a session that lasts for 2 or 3 hours, with 20 participants. The propositions allowing an insight of the dynamic processes taking place when organizational member’s creativity is transformed in innovation or in continuous quality improvement processes will be favoured. Send an abstract describing the workshop, it’s objectives, materials needed and the kind of experience you intend to provide to the attendants. Academic Papers: Present and help the discussion of subjects contributing to deepen and develop knowledge on creativity and innovation, in the different areas. Priority will be given to the papers that contribute to understand the dynamic processes of creativity and innovation, namely the works that propose an explanation of the process by which the organization transforms the individual creativity of it’s members in innovation and continuous improvement. |
